The Production Manager would be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing the production team, ensuring product quality and safety standards, coordinating with departments, and optimizing overall efficiency in the polymer unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee daily production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
Supervise production staff and assign tasks across shifts.
Ensure proper functioning of machines and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
Monitor raw material usage and stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
Implement and maintain safety standards on the shop floor.
Ensure product quality by working closely with the QC department.
Analyze production data and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and downtime.
Troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Train and motivate workers to improve performance and maintain discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
