Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the R&D department, developing and implementing effective technical strategies. Lead & Innovate: Shape the future of aerospace by developing and executing a bold R&D strategy that aligns with the company's vision.
Dynamic and results-driven Head of R&D to lead our cutting-edge research and development initiatives in the aerospace, defence industry
Bachelors / Master degree in ECE Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field, A PhD is a plus
12+ years in the aerospace defence industry, with at least 7 years in leadership roles driving R&D initiatives R&D, product development, or engineering management.
Proven track record of technical teams and managing complex projects.
Expertise with RF/Microwave product development in Aerospace and defence Industries.
Experience with certification processes and design data management.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
International experience or exposure to global markets.
