Summary The Process Engineer is mainly responsible for developing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Essential Functions Support the Production Team for surface mount electronics (SMT), through hole soldering, and mechanical part assemblies. Specifying new equipment and evaluation of new equipment, processes, and materials. Generating post build/DFM report and presenting to customers. Component analysis Failure Analysis Review customer engineering change orders and deviations and apply to the process. Process Improvement/Process Development for various Production gates Review customer returned materials. Yields review, development of corrective action and implementation of corrective actions. Occasional training of production personnel. Generate process documentation. New product introduction and development. Flexibility and the initiative to take on other roles/processes outside of the SMT area as needed. Work with the quotations group to quote new assemblies. Working closely with other members of the management team on product specifications and production schedules. Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations. Selecting, managing, and working with sub-contractors (vendors). Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills Associates or higher in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred. 2+ years experience supporting manufacturing. Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 Solder Requirements IPC Solder Certification is a plus. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard for a quality management system (QMS). Experience in executing process optimization including process engineering. Excellent problem solver and ability to generate innovative solutions to broad range of issues. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production and quality documents, drawings, and related industry materials. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community. Essential Functions Responsible for following customer provided test procedures. May work with Sales and Design Engineering to resolve technical problems. Maintains test procedures and test documentation as required. May set-up standard test apparatus and run environmental tests. Analyzes and interprets test data. Confirms correct operation of digital and analog electronic equipment for audio and communication applications. Performs fault isolation function. Follows approved board level and system test procedures and ensures correct equipment operation for a full range of self-manufactured and purchased product. Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills IPC Certification is a plus. Education in electronics or related fields is a plus. 2+ years experience in electronics manufacturing or specifically PCB assembly.

Summary The Sr. Layout Engineer plans, designs, and drafts schematics and layouts of printed circuit boards. The Sr. Layout Engineer also helps guide other Layout Engineers on design related issues. Essential Functions Designs or drafts System or ATE layouts of printed circuit boards per engineering specifications. Communicates with engineering staff and Layout Services Manager to resolve design details and issues. Analyzes engineering design schematics and supporting documents to plan the layout of PCB components and printed circuitry. Drafts detailed drawings and composes master layout of design components and circuitry. Review existing PCB designs and recommends improvements. Recommends new design techniques to ensure circuit reliability and quality. Assists in development of test plans and development of test procedures and fixtures. Provides support to PCB engineering and manufacturing units when needed. Develops prototypes for design verification. Prepares PCB layouts plus fabrication and assembly drawings. Monitors and reports project status to Layout Services Manager on regular basis. Ensures that PCB design meets project requirements. Guides PCB design team on complex design issues. Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills Associates degree in electrical engineering or related field and/or on-the-job training within the electronics industry. Bachelors Degree or higher preferred. 5+ years experience in ATE PCB layout experience, Load boards, Probe cards. Experience working with Concept HDL, Allegro PCB Editor, Altium. Experience in handling 93k, ETS800 tester platform added advantage. Knowledge of Electronics design and manufacturing methods. Knowledge of Software Design and testing methods. Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining all accounting related activities in coordination with the Chief Financial Officer. Essential Functions Manage accounts receivables and accounts payable. Manage bank accounts and domestic/international wire transfers. Manage financial statutory compliance to relevant governing bodies. Perform bookkeeping and general ledger functions. Prepare financial reports and statements for management team. Reconcile customer balances and payment collections. Reconcile vendor balances and payments. Manage bank reconciliation statements. Reconcile financial statements against payments made by Krypton US on behalf of Krypton India. Manage financial audits and ensure closure of findings. Serve as liaison for government offices and banks for all finance related requirements. Keep up to date on financial, legal matters and ensure company compliance. Assist in company budgeting and provide business financial analysis to management team. Manage GST audit and assessment. Manage income tax assessment and filing returns. Monthly GST Workings: Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. TDS, ESI, PF, PT, GST: timely payments and Monthly Closing Entries Quarterly TDS Returns Preparation and submission. BOE Submission: Submission to bank and review outstanding IDMPS and EDPMS. Finalization of Books: Closing entries and coordination with external auditors for queries. Monthly ECB Return Submission STPI APR Return & Data preparation Weekly Debtors Report Preparation Local Purchases: Entry of local purchase invoices in Tally. UFCE Calculation. Outward Remittance Documents: Preparation for regular suppliers and follow-up with the bank. Cash Payment Entry: Maintain accurate records. Dollar Conversion Booking: Coordinate with the bank. Weekly Sales/Collections/Bank Transactions Reports Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills Bachelors degree BBA, B.COM, CA, M.com, MBA Finance or higher in finance or accounting. 6+ years’ experience in accounts payable, accounts receivables, and statutory payments and compliance. Experience in managing accounting for import and export shipments. Experience in conducting statutory assessments and audits along with statutory return filings. Experience in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP FICO, and Microsoft Office. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong working knowledge of financial laws. Department - Sales Reports To - CMO Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for growing Kryptons customer base and revenue. This includes developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and working with other departments. The role also involves supporting the sales team and helping expand Kryptons market presence. Essential Functions Assist in developing and implementing the companys sales strategy. Assist in developing and implementing a marketing plan which can include marketing collateral, company brochures, company website, and trade show activities. Identify new business opportunities to grow Kryptons PCBA, Engineering, and turnkey business. Implement and utilize tools to document leads, customer contacts, communications, and opportunities. Provide routine summary of activities (key customers, RFQs, wins, etc.). Research new potential growth markets for Krypton to expand into. Obtain the needed information (NDA, credit apps, tax certs, etc.) for new customers Customer Communication: Log all customer interactions, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, to maintain a comprehensive record of communications. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and update the CMO regularly on sales pipeline, performance, and market trends. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs. Contract Negotiation & Closing Sales: Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while building strong relationships with customers. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors activities and products, identifying trends and adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients, including product demos, to showcase Kryptons capabilities and value proposition. Customer Feedback & Market Insights: Gather feedback from customers to identify potential product improvements, new market needs, or service enhancements. Education: Any bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, a related electronics industry field. Advanced Degree: B.E EEE, B.E ECE, M.E + MBA in Marketing is preferred.
