Process Engineer Bengaluru 2 - 7 years INR 5.0 - 8.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Summary The Process Engineer is mainly responsible for developing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Essential Functions Support the Production Team for surface mount electronics (SMT), through hole soldering, and mechanical part assemblies. Specifying new equipment and evaluation of new equipment, processes, and materials. Generating post build/DFM report and presenting to customers. Component analysis Failure Analysis Review customer engineering change orders and deviations and apply to the process. Process Improvement/Process Development for various Production gates Review customer returned materials. Yields review, development of corrective action and implementation of corrective actions. Occasional training of production personnel. Generate process documentation. New product introduction and development. Flexibility and the initiative to take on other roles/processes outside of the SMT area as needed. Work with the quotations group to quote new assemblies. Working closely with other members of the management team on product specifications and production schedules. Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations. Selecting, managing, and working with sub-contractors (vendors). Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills Associates or higher in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred. 2+ years experience supporting manufacturing. Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 Solder Requirements IPC Solder Certification is a plus. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard for a quality management system (QMS). Essential Functions Responsible for following customer provided test procedures. May work with Sales and Design Engineering to resolve technical problems. Maintains test procedures and test documentation as required. May set-up standard test apparatus and run environmental tests. Analyzes and interprets test data. Confirms correct operation of digital and analog electronic equipment for audio and communication applications. Performs fault isolation function. Follows approved board level and system test procedures and ensures correct equipment operation for a full range of self-manufactured and purchased product. Summary The Sr. Layout Engineer plans, designs, and drafts schematics and layouts of printed circuit boards. The Sr. Layout Engineer also helps guide other Layout Engineers on design related issues. Essential Functions Designs or drafts System or ATE layouts of printed circuit boards per engineering specifications. Communicates with engineering staff and Layout Services Manager to resolve design details and issues. Analyzes engineering design schematics and supporting documents to plan the layout of PCB components and printed circuitry. Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining all accounting related activities in coordination with the Chief Financial Officer.
