1. Data Collection: • Collect and analyse tyre mileage data – Configuration Wise / Route Wise / Axle Wise / Segment Wise • Capture all necessary fleet and tyre data through mobile application 2. Fleet Relation • Conduct routine inspections and provide timely updates to the fleet owners • Understand customer preference and influence Tyre purchase decision 3. Scrap Tyre Analysis • Perform scrap tyre analysis to determine wear patterns and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Consumer Promotions • Participate in various consumer promotion activities organized by Apollo and engage with fleet owners to promote client products 5. Share Growth • Work actively to increase Client's share in the assigned fleet by promoting product benefits, capturing testimonials, and ensuring customer satisfaction 6. Testimonial Collection • Gather testimonials from drivers and fleet owners regarding their experience with the products to support marketing and promotion efforts. 7.
