Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing various key areas within the organization to ensure effective talent management and HR support. Your main duties will include: Performance Management and Succession Planning: - Implementing and managing performance management systems, including goal-setting and evaluations. - Collaborating with managers to identify high-potential employees and creating succession plans. - Developing programs to prepare employees for leadership roles. - Designing and managing the annual performance management cycle. - Maintaining and enhancing the succession planning program. - Addressing performance issues and providing coaching. - Aiding in creating and executing HR policies and job documentation. Employee Engagement, Wellness, and Retention: - Developing and managing comprehensive employee wellness initiatives. - Conducting surveys and analyzing data to monitor engagement and satisfaction. - Implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. - Addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. - Tracking the success of wellness programs and maintaining external partnerships. Talent Analytics: - Utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs. - Providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership. - Making data-driven recommendations for talent-related improvements and optimizations. Document Depository: - Creating policies. - Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Drafting guidelines for company documents as needed. Manpower Budgeting: - Supporting business units in manpower cost budgeting processes. - Forecasting end-of-year manpower costs and presenting monthly predictive analytics. Reward and Recognition: - Creating and managing reward and recognition programs to enhance employee motivation and engagement. - Implementing initiatives to recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions. Legal Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion: - Ensuring compensation structures comply with legal standards. - Overseeing benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Fostering diversity and inclusion programs within the organization. Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership: - Presenting compensation trends to senior management and business heads. - Collaborating with HR and business teams to facilitate program delivery. - Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing talent management team. - Setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback and coaching. - Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Compensation Benchmarking: - Developing and implementing a compensation plan aligned with organizational goals. - Maintaining policies related to compensation, job evaluation, and incentives.,
