Brief Job Description · Plan, Analyze and Forecast Trends basis Reports and Feedbacks. Analyze historical Sales Data, Sales Reports, and Customer Service Reports / Feedbacks to identify trends and predict customer demand. · Implement Strategies - Ensure Adequate Stocks Availability. Create MBQ for each store basis Sales Trend. · Coordinate with Teams - Coordinate with Planning Team, SCM team, Store Teams (SGMs and Owners). · Develop reports - Prepare inventory and Sales Reports, Prepare Inventory Dashboards Weekly and Monthly for Reviews. · Process Adherence : He should ensure SOP Compliance while managing with Inventory at all levels . Competencies Required: Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to set and communicate priorities Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, deal with data, and collaborate with others Leadership and management: Evidence of leadership and management skills, such as leading a project or managing others Analytical skills: Analytical skills to help plan and develop a merchandising strategy Problem-solving: Problem-solving skills to help with the role Attention to detail: Attention to detail to help with the role Time management: Time management skills to help with the role Critical thinking: Critical thinking skills to help with the role Decision making: Decision making skills to help with the role Adaptability: Adaptability to help with the role Negotiation skills: Negotiation skills to help with the role Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Work Experience: 3+ years into retail industry (preferably Apparels) Show more Show less
