As a Senior Consultant (Total Rewards) - General Industry, your role will involve working for a Leading Global Risk Capital & Human Capital Consulting Firm in Mumbai & Gurgaon. You are expected to have 4-6 years of experience in the field and will be required to work 5 days a week from the office. Your educational background should include graduation from a top tier I, II, or III B School. Candidates with a consulting background or experience in the Tech Industry are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage total rewards programs for clients in the General Industry sector - Analyze market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages - Collaborate with clients to design and customize rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in total rewards management - Graduation from a top tier I, II, or III B School As a Consultant (Total Rewards) - Tech Industry, you will be working for the same consulting firm in Mumbai, Bangalore & Gurgaon.
