Your role We are looking for a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Bengaluru , with 9 to 15 years of work experience . The ideal candidate will lead and guide key C&B processes including pay budgeting, benchmarking, annual and variable pay reviews, benefits administration , and compensation governance . Create pay budgeting proposals and master salary breakup files. Coordinate with HRBPs for processing annual, quarterly, and anniversary pay increases or promotions. Consolidate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams for execution. Manage ARC (Average Remuneration Cost) reporting and statutory bonus calculations. Administer variable compensation, ESOPs, and salary pay band governance. Benchmark compensation internally and externally, and handle exceptions. Maintain compensation data in SAP/PeopleSoft and release pay/bonus letters via system modules. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in C&B processes. Your Profile Postgraduate degree in HR from a reputed B-school. Proven global exposure in Compensation & Benefits. Experience managing compensation for large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees). Proficient in HR systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. What you'll love about working here You can shape your with us. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Any discipline). Experience: Essentials: 1 - 2 years of business experience with International Comp & Benefits and Performance management background. Desirable: Exposure to the BPO industry. Skills / Knowledge: Strong customer orientation - high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting. Resilient and able to work under pressure. Organization & prioritization skills to deliver as per deadlines. Attention to detail & quality driven in communications and all system transactions.
