ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY Key Responsibilities: Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IND AS). Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, Income Tax, and Company Law matters. Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries. Conduct variance analysis, budget tracking, and cost control reports. Maintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate accounting entries. Coordinate with statutory bodies, consultants, and government departments for filings and inspections. Oversee vendor payments, receivables management, and payroll processing. Assist in preparation of board reports, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management review. Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. Support ERP/Accounting software implementation, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong experience in financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
