Job Description

Manager - Statutory Audit

Statutory Audits: Small & Medium Sized entities. Knowledge about listed entities audit will be added advantage.
Compliance Management: working knowledge of Company law, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Customs laws, Labour laws, FEMA & RBI compliance.Should have handled IND AS assignments and Statutory audits of IND AS compliant entities.Good grasp of IND AS , AS and Standards of Auditing.Assignment management and Deliverable: Take responsibility for ensuring timely and high-quality deliverable. Manage multiple Audits while prioritizing tasks and maintaining the highest standards of work.Team Management and Development: Monitor the work of the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment.Desired ProfileCA with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.Experience of Handling Statutory Audits of BFSI & Non- BFSI entities.Responsible for handling and closing the audits directly with Director.Accountable, takes complete ownership of assignment .Strong execution and team management skills Should be able to manage team size of 2-4 Articles and SQA.Excellent communication skills: verbal as well as writtenQuality consciousCommand over technology in execution of audit.
