In this role, you willserve as a Virtual Finance Controller for a diverse range of clients acrossmultiple industries. This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuableinsights into different operational models and the challenges they face. Essential Skillsets Required:

  • Conduct thoroughreviews of accounting records in accordance with applicable rules andregulations.
  • Prepare and/or reviewManagement Information Systems (MIS), Financial Statements, and other statutorydeliverables.
  • Coordinate audits andensure timely completion of all requirements.
  • Liaise with subjectmatter experts to provide comprehensive support for clients.
  • Review variousstatutory documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage clientcommunication on both routine and non-routine matters.
  • Develop and presentclient governance dashboards for periodic governance meetings.
  • Foster retention andgrowth within the assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee teammanagement, focusing on retention and professional development.
  • Reportee AccountsGraduates; Fresher Chartered Accountants
Vital Skillsets Required:

Qualified CharteredAccountant with a minimum of 9 years ofpost-qualification experience.
  • Strong workingknowledge of Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP).
  • Proven expertise inpreparing Financial Statements, Tax Audit Reports, and Income Tax Computationsfor statutory compliance.
  • Proficient inaccounting practices, routine tax compliance across various laws, periodic bookclosing, and the preparation and/or review of Management Information Systems(MIS).
  • Familiarity withTransfer Pricing regulations, Company Law, and fundamental Payroll Compliance.
  • Demonstrated teammanagement skills.
  • Extensive experience inclient engagement and relationship management.
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
  • Theoretical or workingKnowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and/or InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proficient in AdvancedExcel, including Macros, and experienced in utilizing Power BI tools for dataanalysis and visualization.
  • Proven expertise in theSales or Marketing domain, demonstrating strong analytical and strategiccapabilities.
  • Business Development.
  • Project Management.
