Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Ambala. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing financial strategies to support company growth. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Balance Sheet and managing Cash Flow
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable management
• Strong strategic planning and financial management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead financial discussions
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is beneficial
