Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a Business Development Manager specializing in Derma (Skin Care & Hair Care) Actives for the Gujrat and Rajasthan regions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the skincare and haircare sector. Daily tasks include market research, creating and executing business strategies, preparing sales presentations, and close collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, and market research
• Knowledge of skincare, haircare, and personal care industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is a plus
