Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist - Cosmetic Ingredients (East India) based in New Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of cosmetic ingredients. Daily tasks will include market research, client meetings, presentations, and coordinating with the technical support team to ensure client satisfaction. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and the personal care industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field
• Flexibility to travel within East India as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis is a plus.
• Market to be covered Bihar, East India, Orrisa, West Bengal and Nepal.
