Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative

Community Manager

to lead

internal engagement, employer branding, and PR

efforts at Kilowott. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, culture, and communication — someone who can bring energy, authenticity, and creativity to both internal and external brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute engaging internal activities, events, and campaigns to promote a positive company culture.Drive initiatives for employee recognition, collaboration, and well-being.Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, Slack, and intranet updates.Build and execute a strong employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.Create compelling content that highlights Kilowott’s culture, people, and values across digital platforms.Strengthen Kilowott’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and career platforms through strategic communication.Coordinate PR initiatives, media interactions, and brand communication efforts.Write and distribute press releases, success stories, and event highlights.Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.Collaborate closely with HR, marketing, and leadership teams on engagement and brand campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written).Strong interpersonal and event management skills.Creative mindset with attention to brand tone and consistency.Familiarity with social media, internal comms tools, and content marketing.Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.2–5 years of experience in community management, internal communications, employer branding, or PR.Experience in a digital agency or tech environment is an added advantage.
