Job Description

We re Hiring: HR Executive - Full-Time | On-Site (Goa) Location: Madgaon, Goa Company: Kilowott Agency Pvt Ltd, Goa (On-site, Full-time) Timings: Mon-Fri | 9 AM - 6 PM Were looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team and support HR functions across Kilowott and its concerns. Responsibilities: Handle employee queries and resolve issues Manage payroll inputs and employee data Assist with onboarding and policy implementation Maintain HR database and reports Support employee engagement and training Ensure compliance with labor laws Contribute to internal HR projects and team development Requirements: BBA/MBA in HR Prior experience in HR (min. 2 year preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, ethical, and dependable Familiar with HRMS tools and Google Workspace Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices Note: Preference will be given to candidates in and around Madgaon.
