Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I, II & III to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in Indian/South Indian/Continental/Bakery/Garde Manger/Chinese/Tandoor/Asian Cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commis I, II & III in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
