Job Description

Looking for a skilled Commis II - Halwai to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be based in Naukri.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is stored properly and waste is minimized.
Participate in menu costing and inventory management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commis II in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
