Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Commis I Bakery with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commis I Bakery or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
