Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commi II to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and guest requests.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including weddings and conferences.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is required.
A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
