Job Description

Role Overview

Customer Validation & Rate Filing

Validate customers for Spot Business transactions in line with organizational policies.
Prepare, review, and file rates accurately in designated systems.
Ensure rate validation against agreed terms and internal pricing standards.

Quotation Management

Prepare and send quotations for Foreign-to-Foreign and Intra-USA trades to customers.
Coordinate with pricing and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes.

CFT (Customs Format Tool) Process

Convert customer-specific formats into organization-standard formats for system uploads.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data conversion to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
Maintain documentation and version control for all converted formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with pricing tools or ERP systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in pricing, quoting, or rate management within logistics, shipping, or related industries.
Knowledge of Spot Business processes and international trade practices.
Familiarity with customs documentation and format standardization.
