Responsibilities: * Identifying and vetting prospective carriers to build a pipeline of service providers * Gathering information from clients to determine their shipping needs * Obtaining shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients * Booking freight service through carriers for clients * Coordinating the pickup and drop off of shipments * Monitoring the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged * Updating customer management software to keep client records accurate * Advising clients on potential supply chain issues * Manage customer queries via phone, email & chat * Resolve issues promptly with empathy & efficiency * Collaborate with sales team on upselling opportunities
