Role Overview

Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial aspects of clean energy financing transactions.
• Develop and structure commercial models that balance risk, return, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Customers, OEMs, legal, and technical teams.
• Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Support negotiation of key commercial terms and drive transaction execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial tools, processes, and strategies.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy transaction management, project development, or advisory.
• Deep understanding of commercial and financial structuring in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.
• Passion for clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution is required.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong plus.
