Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Manager located in Pune. The Commercial Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing commercial leasing activities, including negotiating lease terms, maintaining relationships with tenants and property owners, conducting market research, and ensuring that properties are leased in a timely manner. The role also involves overseeing leasing documents, coordinating with legal and compliance teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in commercial leasing, property management, and real estate transactions Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to conduct market research and perform data analysis Relationship management skills for maintaining client and tenant relationships Proficiency in lease documentation and compliance protocols Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the PropTech industry is a plus Show more Show less
