Job Title: • Manager – Commercial Leasing Department/Team: • Business Development Reports To: • CEO and VP Key Responsibilities: • Identify, negotiate, and close commercial leasing transactions for logistic parks, banks and NBFCs, commercial office spaces, retail chain outlets, schools, universities, hotels, hospitals, farmhouses, etc. • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and other stakeholders to source commercial leasing opportunities. • Coordinate with legal and technical teams to ensure all leasing documentation and compliance requirements are met. • Monitor market trends and analyze real estate data to identify leasing opportunities and present insights to the management. • Support site selection, layout planning, and space utilization discussions with clients. • Create leasing proposals, presentations, and business pitches for new and existing clients. • Represent the company at real estate forums, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility and client network. • Maintain leasing database, client pipeline, and regularly update CRM with status of leads and prospects. • Coordinate with internal departments for due diligence, leasing documentation, approvals, and handovers. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Graduate in any field (Preference for candidates with a background in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning is a plus).
