Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales agents, coordinating with clients and other real estate agents, overseeing property transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on the marketing and selling of properties.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Real Estate License
  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
  • Proven Sales skills and track record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
