Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Chasing Spaces Private Limited in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. They will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Business Development and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience in the primary real estate sales is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
