Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales Executive located in Pune. The Pre-sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable property solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and responding to client inquiries. The role also involves maintaining updated records and preparing reports on pre-sales activities.

• Ability to conduct Market Research and prepare insightful reports
• Proficient in preparing Presentations and Proposals
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
