Job Overview

We are looking for a Presales Executive with excellent communication and coordination skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in lead management, client communication, and preparing proposals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable elevator solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead status and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Provide support in marketing and presales documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Presales / Inside Sales / Customer Support (preferably in construction, interior, or elevator industry).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at Miyapur, Hyderabad.
