Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new tenants for commercial properties.
• Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and closures with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential lessees.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and rental values.
• Prepare leasing documents including Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and amendments.
• Coordinate with legal and property management teams for smooth onboarding of tenants.
• Track and report leasing metrics (occupancy, leads, closures, etc.).
• Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Build strong broker relationships and manage broker networks. Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (retail, office, or mixed-use).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and leasing practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with developers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), or real estate brokerages.
• Network with local brokers and corporates.
• Understanding of local regulatory and legal frameworks related to leasing.
