Commercial Leasing Manager

You are currently seeking a Manager - Leasing (Commercial) position based in Mumbai and Pune. As a suitable candidate, you should possess 8-10 years of experience in selling commercial space, with a deep understanding of current industry trends and excellent negotiation skills. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with Property Consultants, channel partners, and brokers. Your primary objective in this role is to handle pre-sales, sales transactions, and after-sales services to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue maximization for various commercial properties. You will work closely with channel partners and directly with clients to achieve these goals. Key responsibilities include understanding the lease/sales brief for each commercial project, analyzing demographics, chargeable area, and competitor rentals across different locations. You will identify potential clients, select suitable channel partners, and develop strategies for engagement. Additionally, you will lead marketing initiatives such as designing brochures, mementos, and presentations to attract clients. Your role will also involve making compelling sales pitches, conducting negotiations, and finalizing deals with clients. You will be responsible for tracking lease agreement renewals and coordinating rent increments in collaboration with the Vice President Commercial.
