Elevate is recruiting a
Commercial Attorney
for our Contracts - Managed Services team. As a Commercial Attorney, you will be focusing on reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. You will be working directly with clients to support their business transactions and will ensure if legal and commercial risks are properly managed.
Specifically, The Commercial Attorney Will
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts to safeguard the legal & commercial interests.
- Facilitate escalation and advise clients to resolve contract issues.
- Work on Redlining & create reports for clients.
- Work on all the clauses of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring clarity, enforceability, and alignment with applicable laws & business interest.
- Have direct interaction with Sales & Procurement team of clients.
- Review & process amendments to purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual terms and alignment.

Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with contract management or workflow software tools.
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including strong experience in reviewing, redlining, vetting, and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Prior experience as a paralegal, legal operations associate, or eDiscovery specialist is a plus.
