Elevate is recruiting a
Commercial Attorney
to join our ElevateNext team. This role will provide assistance to entrepreneurs and startups throughout their incorporation journey and beyond.
Specifically, the Commercial Attorney will
- Assist with contract drafting, review, and analysis for cross-border business operations.
- Scope customer inquiries to develop accurate fee quotes.
- Manage assigned matters on Elevate platform, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Interface with senior attorney who provide oversight on accounts.
- Support the preparation and filing of various corporate documents with state authorities.
- Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, identifying areas for improvement while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates by gathering relevant information.
- Scale projects as appropriate based on customer needs.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Experience with startup formation and early-stage business issues.
- Knowledge of Delaware corporate law.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs and early-stage companies.

- Demonstrated proficiency working with customers and colleagues globally in remote environments.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience working with technology platforms and following establishes processes.
Qualifications
- JD required.
- Must have an active bar license.
Compensation
- The pay rate for this role is $90,000-100,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
