Job Title: Commercial AssistantLocation: Panchkula Department: Commercial / Sales Coordination / Operations Salary: 12 to 15 K Reporting to: Commercial Manager / Head – Sales & Operations Qualifications & Experience:·         Education: 12th or Above ·        Experience: 1–4 years of experience in commercial operations, sales coordination, or back-office support. ·        Knowledge of Order processing, billing, and vendor coordination, Ms Excel, Ms Word. ·        Experience in the electrical/safety equipment industry. ·        Familiarity with basic GST terms, PO/PI handling, GRN, and invoice preparation. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support day-to-day commercial operations, documentation, and coordination activities. The role involves handling quotations, purchase orders, billing, and communication with clients and vendors for smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities:·         Review purchase orders, verify terms/conditions, and coordinate with internal teams for order execution. ·        Maintain accurate documentation of POs, invoices, dispatch details, GRNs, and payments. ·        Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, product availability, delivery schedules, and follow-ups. ·        Assist in preparing billing documents, sales invoices, and payment reminders as per credit terms. ·        Maintain and update the commercial database, including enquiries, quotations, order status, and pending tasks. ·        Follow up with clients regarding order confirmation, document approvals, and pending payments. ·        Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team for timely dispatches and material tracking. ·        Assist in preparing MIS reports and weekly status updates for management. ·        Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and documentation standards.
