Job Title: Collections Officer
Company Name: Kinara Capital Job Description: The Collections Officer is responsible for managing the collection process for overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments from clients. This role entails communicating with customers to understand their payment situations and offering suitable solutions to facilitate debt recovery. The Collections Officer will also maintain accurate records of collection efforts and collaborate with the finance team to report on the collections status. Key Responsibilities: - Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person to follow up on overdue accounts. - Negotiate payment plans and settlements to resolve outstanding debts. - Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients regarding collections. - Analyze customer accounts to determine appropriate collection actions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective debt recovery processes. - Prepare regular reports on outstanding accounts and collection metrics. - Provide excellent customer service while negotiating collections.
