Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Indore. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting debt from clients, analyzing financial situations, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve communication with borrowers to understand their financial status and find suitable repayment solutions.

• Debt Collection and Finance skills
• Analytical Skills and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
