We offer loans ranging from INR 50k to INR 5 Lakhs for purposes such as home extension, improvement, renovation, and building sanitation facilities. Our primary focus is on empowering women by providing financial support to borrowers with informal income. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Agra. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing and optimizing processes, and coordinating between different departments. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing operational strategies, resolving customer and operational issues, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Operations Manager will interact with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Operations management, Process optimization, and Team leadership skills Experience in compliance management and performance monitoring Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the housing finance industry is a strong advantage Show more Show less
