Collections Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for regular follow-up visits to customers for collection purposes. Additionally, you will ensure that NACH mandates are approved and update Mcall & RPS regularly. Understanding the reasons for defaults and categorizing them accordingly, as well as identifying and pre-warning potential defaulters will be key aspects of your role.
