Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Officer located in Meerut, with some work from home allowed. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, analyzing financial data, and maintaining customer service standards. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions.
