This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aligarh for a Collection Officer. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt collections, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include following up with clients for payments, analyzing accounts to determine outstanding balances, and coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely debt recovery.
