Job Description

As a BSM/SM/DSA Manager at Shubham Housing, your primary responsibility will be to generate home loan leads by managing a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). You will be tasked with nurturing relationships with these agents and driving sales within your designated territory. Your role will involve actively sourcing new customers and promoting various home loan products such as LAP (Loan Against Property). It is crucial to ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales targets. Essentially, this position combines the responsibilities of a Relationship Manager (RM), Sales Manager (SM), and DSA Manager within the housing finance sector. Your key responsibilities will include actively recruiting, training, and managing a network of DSAs to generate high-quality home loan leads. You will need to identify potential customers, offer suitable home loan products, and convert leads into loan applications. Effectively presenting loan options, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the loan application process will be essential to achieve high conversion rates. Moreover, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and DSAs to encourage repeat business and referrals is crucial. Compliance adherence is also vital to ensure that all loan applications and customer interactions align with regulatory guidelines and company policies. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in home loan sales, preferably through DSA channels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to interact effectively with customers and DSAs. A strong understanding of housing loan products, including LAP, mortgage loans, and various eligibility criteria is required.
