Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their housing finance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include client interaction, processing loan applications, ensuring documentation completeness, and providing exceptional customer service to support their journey towards home ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly housing finance
• Proficiency in handling documentation and loan processing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
