Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Surat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their housing finance needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. Daily tasks include client consultations, processing loan applications, ensuring quick and accurate completion of required documentation, and following up on the loan approval process. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and promote new business opportunities.

• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in processing loan applications and thorough understanding of housing finance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve client issues efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
