Roles & Responsibility
Achieve new business as per AOP Targets rolled out by sales planning and as per Defined SFM on M-O-M and YTD basis
Achieve given product mix target
Achieve customer retention targets for the portfolio
Achieve Targets as prescribed for branch/ LBS activation of the bank
Ensure time PFR reporting and NIL PER Pending
Achieve defined metrics as per sales force management process/ Guidelines
Consistently engage with and follow up on leads provided to support customer relationships effectively
Qualification : Only Graduation
Experience : Mini 1 to 2 Year's exp in life insurance
Salary : Max 4.0lk CTC and incentives
