Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed. Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the cluster by coordinating with product team. Managing Connectors sales and accountable for increasing profitable sales growth, as per targets. Overall ownership of Connectors business for the locations/cluster assigned. Understanding and Management of Business productivity.
