Collections Officer

Key Qualifications and Skills: - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams - Proficiency in cash collection for efficient management of financial transactions - Experience with field collection for in-person negotiations and recoveries - Adept in negotiation techniques for reaching mutually beneficial agreements and resolving outstanding debts - Sound understanding of legal compliance in debt recovery - Competence in credit risk assessment for accurate evaluation of debtor profiles - Customer-oriented approach for resolving disputes and maintaining client satisfaction Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of all collections and ensure timely data updates in the reporting system - Develop effective strategies for dealing with unpaid debts and identifying potential risk factors in client accounts - Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback on collection processes to enhance efficiency - Meet targets and deadlines consistently while upholding the integrity and ethical standards of the organization Please note the additional requirement of bringing 10th, 12th, Degree Certificate, TC, Aadhar, PAN, Bank Passbook, Resume, and 1 Photo for the application process.
