Your primary goal will be to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will engage with customers to understand their circumstances and negotiate suitable payment arrangements. You will also be responsible for documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records in our collections system. Key Responsibilities: - Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person to collect overdue payments. - Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates. - Conduct thorough investigations into customer accounts to assess their payment history and current financial situation. - Negotiate payment plans and options with clients to facilitate timely payments. - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the collections database. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to collections when necessary. - Monitor and report on collections performance metrics and progress. - Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to collections.
