If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead with integrity, we’d love to meet you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets. Monitor and analyze portfolio performance using Excel reports and dashboards. Allocate accounts strategically and ensure timely follow-ups. Train and mentor team members on collection strategies and compliance. Liaise with internal departments to resolve disputes and escalate critical cases. Prepare and present weekly MIS reports to senior management. Uphold ethical collection practices and ensure adherence to regulatory norms. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Must be a graduate from any recognized stream. Must be fluent in South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, & Telugu Proven experience in collections, recovery, especially in NPA & WOFF. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
