Job Title: Cold Caller – B2B Lead Generation

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-Site)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Work Schedule: Flexible Time Zone (Must be comfortable with international calling hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    cold calls

    to prospects in various international markets to generate qualified leads for

    web and app development services

    .
  • Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of IBR Infotech’s services to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and call information.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings or demos with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve outreach scripts and strategies.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of client engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in

    cold calling / telesales / telemarketing

    , preferably in

    B2B IT services

    .
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across

    different time zones

    to target international clients (especially US, UK, Australia).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of

    web and mobile app development

    services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an IT service or software company.
  • Ability to craft personalized messaging based on industry and business type.
  • Exposure to lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
