Job Summary: We are looking for a Cold Calling Specialist to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers. If you are confident, persuasive, and enjoy engaging with people over the phone, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Pitch products/services and generate leads. Handle objections and schedule appointments. Maintain call records in the CRM. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Resilient, goal-driven, and confident on calls. Basic CRM knowledge is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
